1.What time is best for me to order the flower?
We support the same day delivery in all big cities and many middle cities. In order to send your gifts in time, order ahead 1 to 2 days is best.
2.Do you promise the asked date and time of delivery?
We promise the appointed DATE of delivery, even if in the Valentine's Day.
About the time appointed, if the address is not far away from the downtown and it is not during a festival, we will deliver according to the TIME appointed when you place the order.
3.Can I specify the specific delivery time?
Yes, you can. We suggest the wanted delivery time is during the daytime, night time will possibly have problem.
4.Can I input the address in Chinese?
Yes. We are local Chinese company! You can input chinese address, chinese greeting message
5.May I require the services that you don't have at present?
You may contact with us directly if you need other services. Based on strong delivery system in whole China, We'll try our best to meet your demand, especially your personalized goods by our delivery systems, but your demand must be legal.
6.Is your website secure?
The Payment is doing on the third-party websites( or use 128 bit encryption, any data you submit in our website will be 128 bit encrypted, it is safe.
7.How can you keep the flowers fresh for other cities since the distribution center is in Guangzhou?
We have chain stores all over the country, and all the flowers are packed the same day which are 100% fresh. All roses are from Kunming which are top quality with same standard the whole country. All the florists and delivery staff are well trained, and they are professional.
8.If I order the flowers and gifts at the same time, they will be delivered at the same time or not?
We have two broad categories in distribution. Flowers, cakes, plants, fruit baskets are home delivery products. Gifts including flower gifts, snacks are posted products. If you order the two types of product at the same time, we will try our best to have them delivered at the same day, but not guaranteed.
9.Is there a greeting card for every flower gift? May I write something down there?
For every flower gift, we offer you a free greeting card and you are able to put down the greeting words.
10.How do I order flowers? What are the steps?
If it is the first time you come to us, please follow the steps listed below to complete an order:
Step 1: Choose flowers (and cakes, gifts) you would like to order. Click on "Add to cart" and click on "Checkout".
Step 2: Fill in the greeting message according to the guidelines.
Step 3: Confirm the infomation you have filled in. Then continue with the payment menthod you chose.
Step 4: Click on "Pay" to complete the order.

11.I don't have the recipient's address, but only telephone number, can I send a flower?
Yes, you can. When you type in the addressing information at the address bar, please type in "Call recipient before delivery", we will handle the rest. Do make sure the telephone number you provided is a correct one, we will make it a successful delivery.
Tips: If you have got more than one contact number, please fill them all to make sure we can successfully contact the recipient.
12.Can I cancel my order?
Yes as long as we have not delivered your order. However, Please inform us the cancellation at least two day in advance in peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. And we keep the right to decline your request once the order is released to the local florist at peak seasons.
13.Just now,I met a error when I place the order(or when make the payment), what should I do?
When you meet the error through placing the order, you can back to check your cart or choose the product again, and place a new order. If you meet the error when you make the payment, you can go to this page to finish the payment: You just need to fill in your order ID and the amount, and choose the method to pay.
14.Can I change delivery date and/or address after I placed an order?
Yes as long as we have not delivered your order. You can tell us your preference or whatever you want by sending messages to us through order detail pages. We will do our best to make changes that you request.
Please inform us any changes you want at least one day in advance in peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. And we keep the right to decline your request once the order is released to the local florist at peak seasons.
15.How can I know the recipient get the goods that I order?
You can login in your account and check your order’s status any time. Also we will reply you by E-mail after we sure the recipient get the goods.
16.Can I send an order anonymously?
Yes, you can send an order anonymously, and also type whatever you like as a card message. Please be advised that we are obliged, if requested by the recipient, to give out the sender's name. This is common floral industry practice. In general, we advise against sending anonymous gifts, as these often lead to some distress for the recipient. In our experience, the recipient will almost always prefer to know who has sent a gift at the exact time it is received.
17.Are the flowers you delivered the same as the website picture?
Since flower is not a common product, we only guarantee the delivered products such as flowers, cakes, plants, are similar as the website picture (not 100% the same). Because of the differentiation on understanding of styles, the packaging or accessories could have some kind of different, but the quality level will be the same.
18.I'm not sure if the address is in your scope of services, what shall I do?
Now we are able to deliver all of the prefecture-level cities and most of the counties, towns and villages. For remote areas, we only support those around the big cities. Click here to check "Deliver Region". If the address you are about to send a gift is not listed there or you are not quick sure about it, we suggest you place the order, our service staff will let you know whether or not the address is effective and how to settle down the payment.
Or of course, you could consult the service staff before you place the order. Our service staff will be online the whole 7 days a week with 16 working hours every day.
19.I cannot input Chinese with my computer, what shall I do?
You can type in any language you like, our service staff will handle it. Or if you want us to translate the greeting words into Chinese, you will follow the request.
20.The price for each item is the final price I pay or there has other extra fees?
For all the flower products which are delivered to the downtown area, no extra fees at all. The products delivered to the outskirt area, we will charge some extra fees (same address with two orders, the extra delivery cost will be charged only once).
21.I don’t know the address is near or far, how do I order?
If you are not sure about the address is in downtown or not, you can go ahead to place the order as a downtown order and make payment as well. Later if we find it is not belong to a downtown order, our service staff will contact you and assist you to do a supplementary payment.
22.What payment method do you accept?
We accept Credit Card payment online: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB credit card. We also accept PayPal payment, western union transfer.
23.May I pay for the order after the recipient get the goods?
Sorry, we do not supporting this service now.
24. I use Paypal to pay, when I fill in the information, I don`t know which address I should fill in the
You just need to fill in your own address. We arrange the order be delivered to China that the address of your order.
